UK Racketlon

Written by James Pope

UK Racketlon is delighted to announce the initial dates for the UK Tour, with more events being added in the coming weeks. One of the early highlights will be the World Tour Challenger event, the Nick Matthew Steel City Open in Sheffield in March and we are also able to announce returns to Nottingham, Oxford, Northumberland, Roehampton, and York. The full tour can be found on our website here, and any updates will be posted there.  There are hopes that the 2020 tour could even see returns to Cardiff and Edinburgh!

As we started doing for the 2019 season, we will endeavour to give at least 24 hours notice of the launch of an event, ideally using the Newsletter, Website and our three social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) to make sure we are spreading the word of this launch date as widely as possible. Should an event reach capacity before you are able to enter, please always e-mail the Tournament Director (their contact details will be on the website events page or on Tournament Software), as there are often reserve lists for these events that are full.

Launching Soon!
We are already able to announce our first event opening. The East Midlands Open (Sunday 26th January, Nottingham) will open for entries on Thursday 5th December at 5pm, enter online HERE. Last year this event filled in a matter of days, so if you are interested in playing, please get your entry in early.

Also launching soon is the Nick Matthew Steel City Open (Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd March, Sheffield). A World Tour Challenger event, it will be open to players from across the Racketlon world and we expect this event will reach capacity extremely quickly. A special newsletter plus website and social media posts will give at least 48 hours notice of when this event will launch.
