Entry for the final three tournaments of the year, the Hertfordshire Open (Sunday 3rd November, Letchworth), Robin Hood Open (Sunday 10th November, Nottingham) and Richard Lawrence Open (Saturday 30th November & Sunday 1st December, Abingdon) will open on Tuesday 3rd September at 6pm.

The Hertfordshire Open (3rd November) at the Letchworth Squash & Tennis Club is one of the oldest events on the UK Tour. An intimate two court venue, all four sports are in close proximity to each other and the onsite café which is open serving hot and cold food & drinks throughout the event. Easily accessible from London and elsewhere, this tournament is highly likely to reach capacity early, so a speedy entry is highly recommended. At the close of play at this event, we will be holding the 2019 AGM, see the announcement here.

Another event that is bound to be popular is the Robin Hood Open (10th November), our second visit to Nottingham and the Lee Westwood Sports Centre on the Nottingham Trent University campus. Back in January, Dan Busby and Lauren Whiteman were the victors in the Men’s A and Ladies A, but in this final event before the 2019 FIR World Singles & Teams Championships in Leipzig, who will be playing themselves into world class form. This event will quickly reach capacity (the January event filled in 4 days), so you will need to be ready to enter once entry opens on Tuesday at 6pm.

Our season ending event will be the Richard Lawrence Open, held at the White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre, again a second visit to this venue, Dan Busby was again the victor on that previous visit. This event will cover two days with singles events played on Saturday 30th November and then doubles events played on Sunday 1st December. This event is always a special one, played in the memory of one of our finest volunteers, Richard Lawrence. The tournament is also in support of Thrombosis UK.

After the Richard Lawrence Open, the 2019 UK Racketlon tour will have concluded, so make sure you take advantage of these final chances to play Racketlon in 2019. Entry for all three events opens on Tuesday 3rd September at 6pm!
