Events at Letchworth are now confirmed. These dates can be added to the English Championships in Romford (10th/11th Jan - entry opening soon), the English Open in Redbridge (21st/23rd Aug) and the Scottish Open in Edinburgh (25th/27th Sep). Further events will be confirmed in due course.

21st/22nd February - Letchworth (or Herts) Open

12th/13th September - National Team Championships

For the National Team Chamionships, the format is yet to be decided, so feel free to feedback your ideas. The International format, a team of 4 (3 men & a lady) with matches taking a 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 & 4v4 format, is one option. Splitting teams into categories according to abilities is a way to ensure effective competition. Alternatively, the format could be tweaked to include doubles or reduced to a 2 or 3 person team.

Also as part of "Expansion Racketlon" (the brainchild of Dominique Ford) we are looking to see racketlon clubs develop and several clubs are being earmarked to launch an internal club ladder. The suggested format being courts are booked aside for members to play racketlon for 2 hours a week at a non-busy period (weekend mornings or evenings).

We are looking forward to going back to Letchworth in February. The event last June was an excellent debut.
